Perishable items, drugs and cosmetic products are non-returnable after purchase and thus we advice all intending buyers to carry out a thorough appraisal before purchase. This is because legally these products are unable to be returned to stock or re-sold after leaving the pharmacy premises as the storage conditions and the effectiveness of the products cannot be guaranteed once they leave our store.
